Forgive for Life: A Retreat for the New Year
January 9, 2016 @ 12:30 pm - 5:00 pm$15 – $25
Do you want to MOVE ON into a New Year? Just imagine the relief and freedom that will come from letting go of the weight of your past hurts and disappointments. Just imagine… what could you do with that energy?
Give yourself the gift of support for a fresh start at this nurturing afternoon retreat. Together, we’ll explore the present blocks to forgiveness, and a definition which will serve as the foundation of new and lasting progress.
We will provide time for reflection, supportive conversation and practical next steps. Grounded by the viewing of The Power of Forgiveness, a dynamic interfaith documentary on forgiveness, we’ll move forward to explore a process and path toward forgiveness which are truly achievable. Visit www.thepowerofforgiveness.com to learn about the film.
Retreat facilitator Rev. Jacki Belile is the author of the forthcoming book Forgive for Life: Finding the Way Forward. Jacki is a spiritual life coach at Living Well Ministries and Minister of Congregational Development at Eden United Church of Christ. Co-sponsored by Eden UCC and Living Well Ministries, this event is open to people of all religious backgrounds. For more information, contact email@example.com.
